You can choose between three sensitivity levels via a switch: >0 ppm, ~20 ppm, ~50 ppm. 20 CO alarms are stored in non-volatile memory together with the PPM rate, the time after switching on, and the duration of the alarm. In addition, the ppm rate is usually stored every minute and stored in a non-volatile 3-hour memory (= the last 180 measurements of the ppm rate). The alarm memory and the “3-hour ring memory” can be read out on any PC in a supplied Excel spreadsheet (available in the download area). Each time the device is switched on, an internal diagnostic routine checks whether all components are functioning properly and sends signals to the user. The sensor also performs a self-check during normal operation. If you fly multiple aircraft, all you need is a USB port and you can plug the stick into the aircraft of your choice.
